Our Story
Know Your Worker GH was born from a simple observation: Ghanaian employers were spending weeks, sometimes months, trying to verify employee backgrounds through fragmented, unreliable channels. The process was slow, expensive, and often inaccurate.
In 2023, we set out to change that. We built Ghana's first comprehensive employee background verification platform—one that brings together employment records, education verification, criminal checks, and professional certifications into a single, secure system.
